Joint Sealants: Matching the right application to your specifications.

Cactus Rose Construction works with a wide variety of joint sealants made by several manufacturers. This allows us to select precisely the correct application for your particular project. These include silicone, single and multi-component polyurethane, modified polyurethane, acrylic latex, fire-rated acrylic, epoxy, and polyurea.

Types of sealants applications include:

  • Pre-cast and cast-in-place concrete expansion joints
  • Exterior horizontal concrete control and expansion joints
  • Interior floor slab control joints (Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, etc.)
